We have state-of-the-art machinery to bag up to 1,500 kilos of fish per hour and produce four product boxes every five seconds. The innovative means we use allow us to optimize production and provide the best service to our customers. The result? A quality product is custom-made and store with the maximum guarantees to avoid changes
Fish and Seafood Processing
We adapt to the demands of the customers when it comes to developing the products thanks to the technology available and the qualification of our staff.
We perform from filleting to slicing, not forgetting the cutting. Our facilities have two rooms prepared exclusively for fish processing equipped with a nitrogen tunnel -pyrogenic- to freeze.
We have cold stores with the capacity to store up to 5,000 tons of product at controlled temperatures of -22 °C. We are experts in all types of refrigeration services. In our facilities we preserve fish and sea food keeping its original quality, both hygienic and nutritional, even after defrosting.
Fish and Seafood Packaging
The range of packaging solutions we offer is very wide. We have the capacity to offer the customer a personalized service, both in the format and in the packaging. We make boxes with a fixed or variable weight and use materials such as cork or cardboard. We make trays, bag and shrink.
